[提要]  在建筑結(jié)構(gòu)基于性能要求的抗震設(shè)計方法中，抗震措施是一個重要的組成部分。作者提出了借助綜合抗震能力將抗震措施量化的方案，以尋找基于不同性能要求與不同抗震措施之間的基本對應(yīng)關(guān)系。

The seismic measure is one major part of the seismic desi~p based on the performance requirements of building structures. The method which determine the seisnuc measure by using compound seismic capability of structures is proposed, and the corresponding relation to structural performance and its seismic measure would be set up.
