【提要】  爛尾樓項目的設(shè)計不同于新建項目的設(shè)計，與既有項目的改造和加固設(shè)計也有區(qū)別。介紹了某爛尾樓項目的改造與加層設(shè)計，涉及到原有樁基礎(chǔ)的利用、下部結(jié)構(gòu)的加固改造、新舊結(jié)合部位的處理和上部加層部分對原鋼構(gòu)件的改造利用等問題，得出一些有用的結(jié)論，希望能引起專家學(xué)者與設(shè)計人員對此類問題足夠的重視。

Abstract:The design of the halfbaked building is not only different from that of a new
building, but also different from that of strengthening and alteration. The desi
gn of one halfbaked building is discussed, which includes reuse of the existing piles, strengthening and alteration of the lower structure, the measures of connection between newlybuilt and oldlybuilt, and alteration and reuse of the existing steel member. Some useful results can be deduced，and the intention is to draw more attention of designers and related personnel to such problems.
