（鄭州工業(yè)大學(xué) 450002）[提要] 在分析建筑工程方案的類型和特點的基礎(chǔ)上，建立了建筑工程方案綜合評價指標(biāo)體系的遞階層次結(jié)構(gòu)；將模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論、集值統(tǒng)計原理和層次分析法相結(jié)合，建立了建筑工程方案模糊層次綜合優(yōu)選模型。用一實例驗證了模型和方法的合理可行性。

The rationalization of the model and method is verified with an example.
