【提要】 對現(xiàn)有建筑的加固改造中遇到的后續(xù)設(shè)計使用年限的確定、現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性鑒定和抗震鑒
定、改造要求與設(shè)計和技術(shù)及經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)、新技術(shù)應(yīng)用等問題進行討論，建議可采用不同的后續(xù)設(shè)計使用年限和相應(yīng)的設(shè)防標準，提出了用“綜合性能指數(shù)”和“綜合決策指數(shù)”使加固改造的決策相對定量化的構(gòu)思。最后還給出了工程應(yīng)用實例予以驗證。

Comprehensive Strategic Method and Application for Strengthening and Retrofit of Existing Building Structures/Dai Guoying(China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract:For the strengthening and retrofit of existing buildings, the seismic fortification criterion corresponding to diverse successive design working life has been proposed, and aquantifiable judgment method has been described.The index of comprehensive performance and index of comprehensive strategy are put forward, and then the comparison between different strengthening and retrofit method may use their numerical value. An applied example has been shown.
