(西安建筑科技大學(xué) 西安 710055)[提要] 對(duì)底部?jī)蓪涌蚣芤豢拐饓Υu房的抗震計(jì)算提出了一種實(shí)用方法。此法考慮了豎向荷載作用下托梁與上部磚墻的組合作用,以及水平地震作用下底部?jī)蓪涌蚣芘c抗震墻的協(xié)同工作;提出了過(guò)渡層墻體的抗震承載力和側(cè)移剛度計(jì)算公式。方法簡(jiǎn)便實(shí)用,可供設(shè)計(jì)此類房屋時(shí)參考。

The composite action of wall-beam under vertical load and the interaction of frame with shear wall under horizontal seismic load are considered. The formulas for horizontal bearing capacity and lateral stiffness of masonry wallintransition story have been developed.rlhis method is simple, practical, and could be used in aseismic desigri of such kind of structure.
