（中國建筑科學研究院 北京 100013）[提要] 主要介紹第五章結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與構(gòu)造要求。這一章不但是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計的重點，而且與上部結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系甚為密切。本章的內(nèi)容較多，涉及的范圍也很廣，新老規(guī)范間的變動也很大。無論對基礎(chǔ)工程師還是結(jié)構(gòu)工程師來說，難度都很大。另外還補充了許多規(guī)范沒有編入的內(nèi)容，供讀者參考。
