碳纖維布約束混凝土應力-應變全曲線的試驗研究*

[提要]  在合理評定碳纖維布有關力學指標的基礎上,進行了碳纖維布約束混凝土的受壓性能試驗。根據(jù)試驗研究了碳纖維布使用量對普通混凝土抗壓強度和變形性能的影響。試驗研究發(fā)現(xiàn):試件包裹碳纖維布后可以提高混凝土的抗壓強度,并可有效地改善混凝土的變形性能,其效果隨碳纖維布用量的增加而增大;在碳纖維布用量相同的情況下,分條包裹的效果要優(yōu)于整條包裹的效果,即碳纖維布在實際工程應用中有個利用效率的問題。將碳纖維布用量折換成等效箍筋用量,同時根據(jù)理論分析和試驗結果提出了碳纖維布約束混凝土的受壓應力一應變全曲線方程。

Based on reasonably determining the tensile strength and modulus of elasticity for carbon fiber sheet
(CFS) , the compressive stress-straln curve of concrete confined by CFS is also studied experimentally and analytically. The test results indicate that the confinement of CFS, which is similar to that of transverse reinforcement, can increase the ductility and compressive strength of concrete remarkably.lt is also found that the confining effect of wrapping CFS strips is better than that of wrapping CFS fabric, when the quantity of CFS is constant. Based on the test data analyses, the compressive stress-strain relationship of concrete confined by CFS is proposed. The calculating curves agree well with the experimental curves.
