（廈門市工業(yè)設(shè)計院 361004）[提要] 詳細介紹了某辦公樓沉管灌注樁基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計、工程樁的測試結(jié)果，對工程樁的質(zhì)量事故原因進行了分析，并介紹了靜壓預(yù)制樁補強方案和補強效果。
