[提要]  軟土上的房屋糾偏設(shè)計(jì)，常采用的糾偏措施是在基礎(chǔ)下增設(shè)錨桿靜壓樁。對(duì)這種措施在設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用中的定量計(jì)算進(jìn)行探討，并基于基底彎矩平衡，給出了錨桿靜壓樁的實(shí)用計(jì)算公式。

The static pressure piles with anchor bars are often used in foundations of buildings which need to be rectified in soft soil area. The quantitative analysis method and design calculation of this kind of pile are presented in accordance with equilibrium condition.
