焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載能力分析

[提要] 依據(jù)理想彈塑性模型和Von- Mises屈服準(zhǔn)則對不同直徑的焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了非線性有限元分析。注意到大量關(guān)于焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)實(shí)際情況,對這些有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了二元回歸分析,從而得到了影響空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力的主要因素與承載能力之間的關(guān)系式。與數(shù)值結(jié)果的比較表明,所提出的公式與規(guī)程JGJ7 - 91中的公式吻合較好,同時(shí)拓寬了規(guī)程中公式的適用范圍,可適用于外徑大于500mm的焊接空心球節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力計(jì)算。已被《網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與施工規(guī)程》(JGJ7 - 91)的修訂采用。

Based on the ideal elasto-plastic mechanical model and the Von-Mises collapse criterion, the authors analyze the welded hollow spherical joints with different diameter by using the nonlinear F E M. According to the results of both experiments and theoretical study, the authors present the bearing-capacity formula of the welded hollow spherical joint by the regression method. The comparison research shows that the results of the formula is consistent with that of the formula in the Speczlication for Design and Construction of Reticulated Structures (JGJ7-91). Furthermore, the formula is available for the analysis and design of the welded hollow sphericaljoint whose diameter is larger than 500mm.
