[提要] 總結(jié)目前磚砌體建筑中地面、現(xiàn)澆整體式和預(yù)制裝配式樓蓋及屋面中大量存在的多種裂縫特征，分析其產(chǎn)生的各種原因，提出了有效防止措施。
