[提要]  按常規(guī)方法確定的砌體結(jié)構(gòu)條形基礎(chǔ)寬度所構(gòu)成的基底面積，由于基礎(chǔ)縱橫交叉重疊，將比所需面積有所減少。根據(jù)此類結(jié)構(gòu)地基反力均勻分布的特點(diǎn)，利用豎向靜力平衡原理，提出一種合理調(diào)整基底寬度的實(shí)用方法。文中包括詳細(xì)算例可供設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。

The base area consisted of the width of strip foundation designed with conventional method would be less than actual area needed due to the criss-cross at the midst and the overlap at edges. A rational and practical method which might adjust the base width is presented in accordance with to the assumption of the base reaction uniform distribution and the principle of vertical static balance. There are detailed examples as available for reference to designers.
