(包頭鋼鐵學(xué)院 014010)[提要] 通過3根模型梁試驗,研究了帶裂縫焊接鋼吊車梁在偏心集中荷載作用下,上部區(qū)域的應(yīng)力分布及應(yīng)力變化規(guī)律,提出了偏心集中荷載在腹板上部產(chǎn)生的局部附加應(yīng)力是導(dǎo)致吊車梁上部區(qū)域裂縫形成與開展的主要原因。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 鋼吊車梁 裂縫 偏心荷載Through experiments on 3 models, the regularities of the stress distribution and the change in the upper part of welded steel crane girders with cracks are studied under the eccentric and concentrated load, then it is put forward that the local extra stress in the upper part of the web, which is resulted from the eccentric and concentrated load,is the main reason that leads to the cracks appearance and growth in the upper part of the crane girders.
