[提要]  通過對(duì)一幢高121. 5m的高層建筑在不同層次設(shè)有結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換層的空間分析的結(jié)果，詳細(xì)論述了轉(zhuǎn)換層設(shè)置高度的提高對(duì)框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的不利影響，并提出轉(zhuǎn)換層位置較高的框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)計(jì)概念，供高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置轉(zhuǎn)換層時(shí)參考。

This paper presents the detrimental effect on aseismic behaviour of shear wall structure with some supporting frames when the level of transfer story is arranged at higher level and introduces the aseismic design concepts of the structure with higher transfer story.
