測量新老混凝土粘結(jié)面粗糙度的方法*

[提要] 定量描述新老混凝土粘結(jié)面的粗糙度對(duì)研究新老混凝土的粘結(jié)性能至關(guān)重要。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,高壓水射法處理的粘結(jié)面具有分?jǐn)?shù)維結(jié)構(gòu)。分別采用灌砂法和分?jǐn)?shù)維法測量新老混凝土粘結(jié)面粗糙度,結(jié)果表明二者之間具有較好的線性關(guān)系。灌砂法操作簡便,為工程實(shí)踐和試驗(yàn)研究提供了可作參考的粘結(jié)面粗糙度的測試方法。

It is very important that the interfacial roughness of young on old concrete is described quantitatively to the rese4rch of adhesive performance.The high pressure water-jet method is adopted to treat the concrete interface. The treated interface has fractal structure which is verified by the experimental result. This paper presents sand-pour method and fractal dimension method to measure the interfacial roughness of young on old concrete respectively. There is a good linear relation between these two measuring results. Sand-pour method is very simple anld convenient as referent testing method of interfacial roughness for practical engineering and experimental research.
