【提要】 針對(duì)某吊車噸位達(dá)到650t的重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房，比較了桁架屋蓋體系和楔形梁屋蓋兩種方案的結(jié)構(gòu)自振周期、屋蓋用鋼量、主結(jié)構(gòu)變形、主要構(gòu)件應(yīng)力比、屋蓋剛度對(duì)實(shí)腹式上柱受力的影響，以及按照平面框架分析和空間分析兩種情況下結(jié)構(gòu)變形。比較和分析結(jié)果表明，采用楔形梁方案能滿足結(jié)構(gòu)整體受力性能的要求，沒有增加屋蓋的用鋼量，且變形滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求。屋蓋剛度、變階柱剛度比值對(duì)上柱受力影響較大。對(duì)空間分析中振型階數(shù)的選取進(jìn)行了探討，結(jié)果表明，進(jìn)行空間分析時(shí)，振型階數(shù)的選取對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)反應(yīng)影響較大。

Abstract:Heavy industrial steel buildings are mainly constructed with trussed or grid roof system instead of tapered beam roof system, which has never been adopted in such constructions in China. Detailed comparison is done concerning the natural vibration period, steel consumptions, deformation, stress ratios and influence of the roof stiffness to the top columns of the above roof systems. For a heavy industrial building with cranes of tonnage up to 650t, the results show that the tapered beam roof system satisfies the code requirements. Moreover, selection of nominal modes of the building for seismic spectrum analysis is discussed. The results indicate that the local modes have a great effect on the structure responses. The number of the modes should be enough to consider the influence
of the local modes in spatial analysis.
