[提要] 房屋整體平移對于我國的城市改造具有重要意義，重點介紹了南京市江南大酒店整體平移工程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，主要包括軌道梁的制作、托換結(jié)構(gòu)施工、柱子切割、同步平移控制和滑移隔震的就位連接等五個方面，可供今后的平移工程參考。
