【提要】 多層或低層裙房的地下室埋置深度較深,或地下車庫無地上房屋及頂板上覆土較少,當(dāng)?shù)叵滤宦癫剌^淺時,建筑地下室存在上浮問題。根據(jù)樁身軸力沿樁長的分布規(guī)律和預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)分析,論證了采用拉力分散型預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁抵抗水浮力的可行性,并提出拉力分散型預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁的設(shè)計方法。與傳統(tǒng)的普通抗拔樁相比,在不增加工程成本前提下,作為永久性抗浮措施技術(shù)性更加合理,具有特別重要的工程實用意義。

Design of Prestressed Concrete Pullout Pile with Tension Dispersed/Dang Yujing(Central Research Institute of Building and Construction, MCC Group, Beijing 100088, China)Abstract:A building basement will rise when underground water table is shallow if the depth of the basement for a multiplayer or lowrise podium is deeper, or there are no surface building and overlying soil on the underground garage. The design method of a prestressed pullout pile with tension dispersed is proposed according to the distribution of the axial force of a pile along its length, and the feasibility of the antiwater float of this sort of pile is analyzed. It is more rational for the pile to be used as permanent antifloat measure as compared to a common tension pile.
