[提要]  針對(duì)某市新建體育館主體結(jié)構(gòu)完成后發(fā)現(xiàn)框架粱出現(xiàn)大量裂縫的現(xiàn)象，從結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、施工等方面分析了裂縫出現(xiàn)的原因。在對(duì)不同的加固方案進(jìn)行分析討論后，選定采用預(yù)應(yīng)力這‘既可靠、又節(jié)省的最佳加固方案，詳細(xì)介紹了該加固方案的具體實(shí)施方法。

When the main structure of the newly built gymnasium in a city has been finished, a lot of cracks are found in the frame girders. Considering structural design, construction, the reasons for cracking are analysed. By comparison with other plans, the prestress rehabilitation plan, the best one, is used which is reliable and economical. The specific execution measure is introduced.
