某近代保護建筑加固設(shè)計與探討

李瑞禮 （同濟大學(xué)工程力學(xué)與技術(shù)系 上海 200092）宋 濱 （上海市房屋建筑設(shè)計院）[提要] 針對上海某近代保護建筑結(jié)構(gòu)加固，介紹了對該建筑梁柱節(jié)點適當(dāng)加強、薄弱部位適當(dāng)加固、損壞部分適當(dāng)維修的原則。對加固后的建筑實際受力情況分析結(jié)果表明，達(dá)到了改善人樓總體結(jié)構(gòu)性能的目的。此工程為今后保護性建筑的維修改造、研究和如何保障房屋的使用安全積累了經(jīng)驗。
