[提要]  介紹了杭州凱悅大酒店地下工程逆作法及圍護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)，結(jié)合該實(shí)際工程已有的監(jiān)測(cè)資料，對(duì)逆作法施工過程中地下墻的側(cè)向位移、墻身應(yīng)力、墻背水土壓力及基坑周圍地表沉降等進(jìn)行了分析研究和總結(jié)，可供同類工程參考。

The design of top-down construction method used in underground project of Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is introduced in detail. Combined with the field observation data, the horizontal deflection and moment of diaphragm walls, the soil and water pressure acting on diaphragm walls and the ground settlement during the whole process of construction are analyzecl.
