[提要]  通過(guò)對(duì)承受不同跨度、不同位置、不同厚度、不開洞和開洞的墻體的轉(zhuǎn)換梁進(jìn)行墻-梁有限元整體分析，并和相對(duì)應(yīng)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較，對(duì)承受不開洞墻體轉(zhuǎn)換梁、開門洞和窗洞墻體轉(zhuǎn)換梁的結(jié)構(gòu)類型、界定及計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了研究，成果可供轉(zhuǎn)換梁結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和編制有關(guān)規(guī)程時(shí)參考。

Based on analysis results of different type of transfer beams obtained by finite element analysis and frame structural analysis methods, this paper discusses the structural calculation methods for transfer beams considering and disregarding the joint work between the structural walls on the transfer beam and the beam itself. The points offered in the paper can be referred in transfer beam structural design and corresponding code compilation.
