【提要】結(jié)合上海地區(qū)25棟高層建筑打入樁基長(zhǎng)期沉降觀測(cè)資料,分析樁端持力層的種類、樁端壓縮層砂土比、樁周土層特性以及建筑物施工速率對(duì)打入樁樁基長(zhǎng)期沉降特性的影響,并探討了樁周砂土層的存在對(duì)軟土地區(qū)打入樁沉降影響的機(jī)理。

Abstract:Based on the longterm settlement monitoring data of driven piles in twentyfi
ve highrise buildings in Shanghai, the effects of the type of pile toe bearing strata, sand layer depth ratio in compressible layers under pile tip,properties of soil round the pile shaft and construction speed rate on the longterm settlement characteristics are analyzed. The mechanisms of effect of the sand layer along the pile shaft on driven pile settlement in soft soil are discussed.
