[提要]  在工程設計實踐中，根據(jù)《建筑樁基技術規(guī)范》(JGJ94-94)計算樁基沉降量往往偏大很多，甚至計算值是實測值的10倍。闡明了產(chǎn)生這種差距的主要原因，并提出了比較符合樁基實測沉降值的修正計算方法。

In engineering design practice, the pile settlement calculated base on JGJ94-94 code is much larger than the practical settlement, even calculating numeric is ten times of testing numeric. Deviation between calculating and testing settle-ment is interpreted. And modified calculation method is proposed.
