核心筒和剪力墻下承臺的設計與探討

（廣州鐵路勘測設計院 510600）[提要] 介紹廣州某高層建筑人工挖孔樁基礎承臺設計的特點，對核心筒下矩形承臺設計和剪力墻下條形承臺梁設計這兩大難題作了比較深入的探討，可供同類工程的基礎設計參考。

Two puzzling problems are discussed deeply about rectangle pile cap under core tube with shear wall and strip pile cap under shear-wall. The results can be reference to base design of similar engineering.
