[提要]  對(duì)北京某地下人行通道出現(xiàn)的撓度大、殘余變形大等問題進(jìn)行了分析。原結(jié)構(gòu)較大面積的嚴(yán)重滲水致使混凝土的耐久性能受損、鋼筋嚴(yán)重銹蝕是問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因。針對(duì)這些原因，通過方案比較和優(yōu)化，提出了經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)加固方案，并對(duì)加固方案產(chǎn)生的效益進(jìn)行了分析比較。

Over-Iarge deflection and over-large remaining deformation are analyzed in a underground passageway in Beijing city. All these results are in senous seepage of the structure, which leads to damage of durability of concrete and reinforcement. Among several rehabilitation programs to resolve those problems, an economical and practical program of reha-bilitation is chosen with optimal cost and rehabilitated structure behavior, which uses composite steel-concrete technology, and its effects are shown to be very good.
