[提要]  論述云南某底層空曠的兩層磚混建筑抗震加固并改造增建兩層的結(jié)構(gòu)設計和施工經(jīng)驗，對類似建筑的加固改造工程設計、施工有很好的參考價值。

This paper introduces some structural design ancl construction experiences of aseismatic strengthening and enlarging two storeies on a two storeies brick masonry structure with a large space at first storey. The contents include the feasibility of the project, concept design of structure, application of root pile, construction of shear wall and column, which will be referred to similar project.
