[提要]  根據(jù)4棟已建兩層底框抗震墻磚房的設(shè)計(jì)資料及施工圖，設(shè)計(jì)出了相應(yīng)的普通純框架結(jié)構(gòu)房屋；對(duì)兩者的經(jīng)濟(jì)性能作了定量評(píng)價(jià)。對(duì)位于地震設(shè)防烈度為6，7度區(qū)的3幢底框磚房綜合樓與相應(yīng)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)，建立計(jì)算模型，輸入5條地震波，進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析。在對(duì)比分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)兩種不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗震性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)做出了綜合評(píng)估。
