希望大廈頂層懸挑式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)新工藝的研究

[提要] 人連希望人廈是人連市標(biāo)志性建筑物，共41層（地上38層），高170. 6m，是集辦公、商場、餐飲、停車場于一體的多功能人廈。在原設(shè)計L中頂層懸挑部分為現(xiàn)澆混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，施工難度人，后改用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。作者對此新工藝作了有意義的探索。

Dalian Hope Mansion is one of the mark buildings of Dalian City, with the height of 170.6 meters and 41 floors( 38 floors on the ground), which is a multi-functional building serving as office room, market, restaurant and parking lot. The purpose of this paper is to contemplate the overhanging steel structure, a new construction technology adopted in the top floor design, replaceing the cast-in-place concrete structure.
