方圓管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)極限承載力研究

[提要]  采用ANSYS結(jié)構(gòu)分析程序的四節(jié)點(diǎn)板殼單元對(duì)T,Y型方主管、圓支管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了彈塑性大撓度分析,研究了管節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能和塑性區(qū)擴(kuò)展過(guò)程,揭示了節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞機(jī)理和破壞形式,獲得了其極限承載力及其隨節(jié)點(diǎn)幾何參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,提出了節(jié)點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)方案。

An inelastic large deflection finite element is used to study the behavior of the tubular T/Y joints( square chords and circular braces). A four node shell element in ANSYS is employed to simulate the joints in the analysis. The effect of various geometric parameters of the joint on its behavior and ultimate strength is investigated theoretically. Numerical studies show the joint failure mechanisms and plasticity spread with loading. Some useful conclusions are conducted, which are very helpful to the design of such joints as well as to the form of relevant design code.
