（東南大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院 南京 210096）[提要] 結(jié)合應(yīng)用研究現(xiàn)狀及試驗、計算分析的結(jié)果，綜合分析了適用于多層住宅建筑的異形柱框輕和適用于中、小高層住宅建筑的短肢剪力墻兩種住宅結(jié)構(gòu)體系，包括體系構(gòu)成及特點(diǎn)、適用范圍、布置原則、樓蓋選型、異形柱的軸壓比限值等，并且提出了與其相適應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)計算方法和建議，可供工程設(shè)計應(yīng)用時參考。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 異形柱 短肢剪力墻 住宅結(jié)構(gòu)The special-shaped column light-weight frame structure system suitable for multistory residential buildings and the short-leg shear wall structure system suitable for middle or small high-rise residential buildings were comprehensively analyzed combined with the present application and research circumstances, tests and calculations results. The analyses included the systems' contents and characters, suitable scopes, layout rules, choices of floor types, the limit values of compression ratio of special-shaped columns, and the calculation methods for the structure are developed which are available for engineering designs.
