關于底部大空間剪力墻結構的轉換層設計

（北京市建筑設計研究院 100045）[提要] 討論了梁式、箱形梁、厚板等轉換層結構設計時應注意的一些問題，以及框支梁、轉換層設置高度的設計概念和設計要點。對于位于地震區(qū)的高位轉換結構，作者認為應根據(jù)設防烈度認真對待。介紹了重慶一大底盤多塔結構高位厚板轉換層結構設計工程實例，可供轉換層設計時參考。

The design concept and key of beams of supported-frame and the height of transfer storey are also discussed. The designers should carefully design the transfer structure in seismlc area according to the seismic intensity. Finally, the thick slab transfer storey of a multi-tower structure with enlarged base in Chongqing is introduced.
