【提要】 用有限元方法和理論模型,研究高層及多層建筑的天然地基沉降計(jì)算值與分層總和法及實(shí)際沉降值的差別。《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)規(guī)范》(GB50007—2002)推薦使用分層總和法計(jì)算地基沉降,并用沉降計(jì)算經(jīng)驗(yàn)系數(shù)加以修正,取得較好的結(jié)果。用有限元方法計(jì)算的地基沉降值與分層總和法的結(jié)果比較,能夠取得同樣良好的結(jié)果。有限元方法更適合計(jì)算機(jī)使用,能得到復(fù)雜條件下地基沉降計(jì)算值以及地基土的實(shí)際應(yīng)力分布。

Abstract:Through finite element analysis and the theoretical model,the differences of the finite element method and layerwise method are studied.The calculation results are compared with the foundation settlement of building on the natural soil.The Code for Design of Building Foundation(GB50007—2002) recommends the layerwise method to calculate the foundation settlement and revise the result with the empirical coefficient.The same result of the foundation settlement could be got by the finite element method.In addition,the finite element method is more suitable for computer use,and it can get better results of the foundation settlement and the stress distribution of the soil in complex case.
