（河南省建筑設計研究院 鄭州 450003）[提要] 介紹了華林廣場上部高層住宅、下部大空間商業(yè)用房主體結構的概念設計。上部采用大空間、小肢墻筒結構，使小肢墻落在下部大空間框筒結構柱之上，取消了轉換層，提高了結構的安全性和抗震性能，同時節(jié)約土建部分造價近24%。

The top is the long span short shear wall and tube structure. The bottom is the long span framed tube structure. It makes the center of gravity of the short wall and frame colume overlap, cancels the transfer story, rises structure safety and aseismic behaviour, and saves 24 percent out of the civil engineering cost.
