[提要] 上海科技城中部人堂由一巨型橢球體網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)覆蓋，該網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)長軸尺寸67m，短軸尺寸51m，高41. 6m，外包玻璃。結(jié)構(gòu)四周不同部位開有幾個(gè)巨型門洞。對(duì)該網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了簡要介紹，包括網(wǎng)格劃分、支承結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)荷載等。

A huge ellipsoidal aluminum dome structure, covering the central hall of the Shanghai Science & Technology Museum, is located in the micldle part of the building. Covered and glazed with three layer insulated glass, this egg-like ellipsoidal clome is 67m long, 51m wide and 41. 6m high. There are several large door openings at different part of the structure. This paper gives an introcluction to the design of this ellipsoidal dome( triangulated griding,support conditions,design loads and so on).
