(浙江大學(xué)土木系 杭州 310027)[提要] 通過大量的計(jì)算,對現(xiàn)行《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》中的考慮腹板局部屈曲的薄壁工形截面壓彎強(qiáng)度計(jì)算進(jìn)行了分析。指出了《規(guī)程》中的缺陷及其改進(jìn)方法:一是對單軸對稱截面較大翼緣受壓的情況,除了驗(yàn)算受壓區(qū)屈服的情況外,還應(yīng)補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算受拉翼緣先屈服的情況,作者給出了具體的驗(yàn)算公式。二是用《規(guī)程》中的方法進(jìn)行計(jì)算時(shí),只在軸力作用下,腹板寬厚比(hw / tw)√fy / 235 > 217時(shí), ρ<o,即整個(gè)腹板受壓區(qū)都失去作用,這與實(shí)際情況不符合。對此,使用美國AISI規(guī)范公式進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,給出了以美國AISI規(guī)范公式為基礎(chǔ)的精度良好的簡化近似公式,以供參考使用。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 強(qiáng)度計(jì)算 有效面積 薄壁工形截面The current code presents a complicated procedure for calculating the strength of beam-columns with thin-walled H-section considering the local buckling of webs. This paper calculates the interactive relations between the axial force and bending moment based on the current code procedure. lt is found that code CECS102:98 gives an unsuitable in-teractive curve when the web slenderness A.is greater than 3.87. This paper presents a simplified formula for the in-teractive curves based on AISI specification, which has a very good accuracy compared with the code method. For monosymmetrical H-sections, the tensile side of the section may yield first, the current specification pays no attention to this problem at alI. A simple formula is also put forward for this case.
