圓形裝配式襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)模型研究

[提要]  從圓形襯砌接頭受力試驗結(jié)果出發(fā),得到接頭剛度的非線性模式,從而提出裝配式襯砌整環(huán)計算的梁-非線性彈簧力學(xué)模型。模型用組合彈簧模擬接頭,梁模擬管片,推導(dǎo)了梁和接頭單元的剛度矩陣,編制了圓形裝配式襯砌專用程序,并用接頭受力試驗數(shù)據(jù)對模型的正確性進行了驗證。應(yīng)用粱-非線性彈簧模型對穿越黃河隧道一次襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的受力進行了分析。最后還對若干因素對襯砌內(nèi)力的影響進行了數(shù)值模擬計算,所得結(jié)果與實際經(jīng)驗是吻合的。

Based on the non-linear relations between the joint stress and joint strain, which come from the mechanical experiment of segments, this paper proposes beam and non-linear spring model for the numerical analysis of lining. The stiffness matrixes of beam and joint elements are given, and the numerical analysis program is coded. The lining structure of the yellow river-crossing tunnel is analyzed, the results of the beam and non-linear spring model are compared with those of other models. The effects of some factors on the cross-section forces are also discussed, which shows good accordance with experience.
