[提要]  對(duì)屋面女兒墻對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的作用進(jìn)行了分析比較，結(jié)果表明，當(dāng)屋面女兒墻高度較高時(shí)，其對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的作用是不可忽略的。同時(shí)對(duì)屋面女兒墻的設(shè)計(jì)提出了建議。

This paper gives analysis and comparison on effect of the roofing parapet wall on main structure. The results show that the effect can not be ignored when the roofing parapet wall is tall. And some design proposals of the parapet wall are presented.
