（中國建筑科學(xué)研究院 北京 100013）[提要] 介紹了新頒布的《高強混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》( CECS 104:99)中第10章“鋼管混凝土柱設(shè)計和施工”的主要內(nèi)容，以及對《鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與施工規(guī)程》( CECS 28:90)所作的修訂，并討論了應(yīng)用規(guī)程時需注意的一些問題。
