[提要] 分析了傳統(tǒng)預(yù)制裝配式樓蓋以及近期現(xiàn)澆樓蓋的特性及弱點(diǎn)，提出發(fā)展高效預(yù)應(yīng)力預(yù)制裝配式或半預(yù)制半現(xiàn)澆疊合式樓蓋是適應(yīng)大開間住宅的途徑之一。依靠技術(shù)進(jìn)步實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)形式的更新是住宅建設(shè)的發(fā)展方向。

The way to develop both high efficient prestressed precast slabs and laminated floor is provided to meet the needs of residential buildings for large bay.
