(清華大學(xué)土木工程系 北京 100084)[提要] 簡要介紹了國外建筑規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用基于位移抗震設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀,介紹了三種分別考慮延性系數(shù)、能力譜和位移的基于位移的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,討論了需要研究解決的若干問題。

Three methods of displacement based seismic design are presented which separately consider the ductility factor, capacity spectrum and displacement.Some issues which need to be studied are discussed.
