[提要] 通過對某中學教學樓局部墻、柱、地面裂縫成因的調(diào)查分析，找出了基礎梁、柱基承載力不足以及局部地基不均勻沉降是其裂縫產(chǎn)生的最主要原因。并提出了較為簡單、經(jīng)濟、實用的加固處理方案。
[關(guān)鍵詞] 磚混結(jié)構(gòu) 教學樓鋼筋混凝土柱 裂縫 局部危房 膨脹土地基 基礎梁 條形基礎 混凝土散水 加固處理 高壓灌漿Based on the investigation and analysis of the cracks among bearing walls, columns, and the ground of a teaching building, we found that the Ioad-bearing capacity is not enough in foundation-beam and cloumn's foundation.Especially, the different settlement caused by putting a building foundation directly upon the expansive soil was the main cause of the cracking. And then, a simple, economical and practical method for consolidation was put forward.
