[提要]  進(jìn)一步提高建筑物的震害預(yù)測與抗震加固技術(shù)是當(dāng)今國際上工程抗震領(lǐng)域的重要研究課題，為此介紹了日本和美國最新發(fā)展的幾種抗震加固方法：格式裝配式抗震墻、輕板抗震墻、設(shè)縫外包鋼抗震墻、碳纖維加固、鋼骨混凝土層加固梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)等，分析了各種方法的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)，供讀者參考。

The seismic damage prediction and aseismic strengthening of buildings are the major research projects in aseismlc engmeering. This paper introduces the new development of a seismic strengthening methods in Japan and U.S.A.. Also technical characteristics of these new methods are analysed.
