基于位移控制的低層框架抗震加固和加層的新思路

（總后勤部建筑設計研究院 北京 100036）[提要] 比較了采用通常的抗震加固、加層的方法對一框架結構加固加層的效果。針對其中存在的不足，提出一種基于位移控制的低層框架抗震加固、加層的新思路、新方法，供同類工程設計時參考。
