[提要]  筒子樓是全國(guó)高校舊房改造中的重點(diǎn)工程。通過(guò)對(duì)上海某高校一筒子樓的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)、鑒定，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了此類(lèi)工程的特點(diǎn)，以及合理有效的加固方法。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)原建筑墻體、樓板、梁、節(jié)點(diǎn)的加固處理有效地提高了原工程的抗震性能和整體穩(wěn)定性，對(duì)同類(lèi)工程的加固有一定的借鑒作用。

Based on a case study of a university dormitory building,the way in which the survey' appraisal and consolidation were employed to the typical old building is discussed. It is helpful to improve the aseismatic ability and guarantee the security of the building, and can be referenced in other similar projects.
