[提要] 北京國際財源中心(西塔)為復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),采用型鋼混凝土框架與鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。單塔核心筒偏置構(gòu)成結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計難點(diǎn),采用有針對性的計算分析及抗震加強(qiáng)措施,確保建筑結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好抗震性能,使工程設(shè)計順利通過抗震設(shè)防審查。

Abstract:International Financial Center Beijing project is a complex highrise building structure with mixed structure system.Eccentricity located reinforced concrete in core leads to design difficulty.Many technical measures have been adopted to assure the seismic performance of this building.Now this project has gone through on seismic fortification sensor.
