[提要]  針對(duì)現(xiàn)行《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》( GBJ10-89)中對(duì)室內(nèi)正常環(huán)境下采用高強(qiáng)度鋼材的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的裂縫控制過(guò)嚴(yán)、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋用量過(guò)多的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題，對(duì)如何切合實(shí)際地放松裂縫控制的要求，作者提出了一種形式簡(jiǎn)潔的裂縫控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及名義拉應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算建議。同時(shí)結(jié)合若干工程實(shí)例，通過(guò)對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁基于荷載效應(yīng)組合過(guò)程的裂縫寬度的模擬分析計(jì)算，對(duì)這一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
