[提要] 結(jié)合建設(shè)部2004年科技示范工程南寧湖濱大廈的設(shè)計(jì),介紹鋼混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)在高層住宅中的應(yīng)用。討論了高層住宅鋼混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系的受力特點(diǎn)和彈塑性性能分析、基本構(gòu)件和節(jié)點(diǎn)的計(jì)算與設(shè)計(jì)、矩形鋼管混凝土柱的耐火設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)減少該體系鋼柱與混凝土墻體這兩類豎向構(gòu)件差異提出相應(yīng)措施。

Abstract:Based on the design of Nanning Hubin Mansionscientific model project in 2004,the application of steelconcrete hybrid structure technology is introduced in highrise residential buildings.The property of loadbearing capacity and the performance of elastoplastic are analyzed.The members and joints are designed and antifire design method of rectangular CFST column is studied.The differential shortening between steel columns and reinforced concrete walls is analyzed,and measures decreased differential shortening are put forward.
