［提要］ 某動力公司出海口基地碼頭的一高4 000mm、寬1 700mm的鋼箱型吊車梁，截面之大、重量之重在國內(nèi)很罕見，其制作工藝較為復(fù)雜。介紹了該鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的制作工藝，通過設(shè)計使用專用拼裝胎具和翻轉(zhuǎn)胎具，將控制鋼制箱型吊車梁的焊接變形來防止扭曲作為控制重點，進而解決了大噸位構(gòu)件的施工翻轉(zhuǎn)問題。

Abstract:A steel boxsection crane girder with 4m high and 17m width are manufactured for a launch out dock.The large section and height and the complex fabrication technics of it are infrequent in the engineering of China.The deformation of the girder in welding is controlled strictly to prevent the twist,by using the expert assembly jig and reverse jig.
