[提要]  為混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范( GI3J10 - 89)的修訂，從受剪和受純扭構(gòu)件最小配筋率入手，通過理論分析，給出了剪一扭構(gòu)件最小配筋率的實(shí)用計(jì)算公式，并與規(guī)范（征求意見稿）計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行了比較。
